Exchange Policy


At Junitos, we strive to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We follow

an exchange-only policy, which means you can raise an exchange request within 5 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped

it can not be cancelled using our website.

* If Partial COD shipment is cancelled at any stage NO REFUND will be provided

Exchange Policy:

To be eligible for an exchange, it is mandatory to share a valid purchase invoice along with an

unboxing video clearly showing the product being opened for the first time. Without these, we will

not be able to process your request. Please note, exchanges are allowed for Size Exchange & Style Exchange, and refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

* Exchange Charges: A shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged for all size or style exchanges.


* Refunds: Refunds are not available under normal circumstances.


*Damaged Products: In case you receive a damaged product(Providing unboxing video with clear shipping label is mandatory) and a refund is approved, the full amount will be refunded after deducting ₹250 for shipping charges


We provide a reverse pick-up facility in most serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.

Once your request is approved, the pick-up is usually scheduled within 2–3 business days. After the

successful pick-up, your exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

For locations not covered under our reverse pick-up service, customers are kindly requested to selfship

the product(s) to the address below:

Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. 


Junitos reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that appear worn, washed, or used, in order to

maintain strict hygiene standards. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, do not ship it back right away. Instead, share clear

photos and details with us at Customercare@junitos.com. Our team will review your case and confirm the exchange within 2–3 working days.
